Enrollment & Account
Students or parents must provide accurate and valid personal information (such as the student’s name, class, and parent contact details) at the time of admission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your admission details and communication records shared by Tuido.
Admissions are non-transferable, and seats cannot be shifted or exchanged between students without Tuido’s written approval.
Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, including printed notes, worksheets, question papers, tests, and classroom content, are the intellectual property of Tuido.
You are not permitted to:
- Record, publish, or share any classroom sessions.
- Reproduce, copy, or distribute Tuido’s study materials.
- Use Tuido’s name, logo, or content for any commercial or promotional purposes.
Any violation of intellectual property rights may lead to disciplinary and legal action.
Code of Conduct
Tuido maintains a disciplined and respectful learning environment. Students and parents are expected to:
- Be punctual and regular to classes.
- Maintain proper classroom behavior and respect faculty and peers.
- Avoid misuse of classroom property, misbehavior, or any form of harassment toward staff or other students.
Violation of behavioral policies may lead to suspension or termination of admission without refund.
Technical & Operational Issues
In the event of unforeseen situations like power failures, strikes, or emergencies that may temporarily disrupt classes, Tuido will make efforts to reschedule the sessions. However, Tuido shall not be held liable for any delays or cancellations caused by external factors beyond its control.
Pricing & Payments
All course fees are fixed as per the program selected and must be paid before the commencement of classes.
Fees can be paid via accepted offline modes (cash, UPI, or bank transfer).
Tuido reserves the right to deny class access if the payment is incomplete or delayed. Any payment made is subject to Tuido’s refund and cancellation policy.
Course Duration
Each batch and course has a defined duration and schedule. The course automatically expires at the end of the academic year or upon completion of the defined number of sessions.
Renewal for the next academic term will require fresh registration.

Tuido reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to the revised terms.All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
