At Tuido, we value your trust and strive to provide a smooth learning experience. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below. Please read it carefully before enrolling.
Admission Cancellation
- Students or parents wishing to cancel their admission must submit a written request (via email or at the center) before the commencement of classes.
- Once classes begin (whether online or offline), no refund will be processed under any circumstances.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only if:
- The student has not attended any class (online or offline), and
- A written request for cancellation is made within 7 days of fee payment.
An administrative deduction of 10% (or ₹1,000, whichever is higher) will be charged for processing.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- The student discontinues midway due to personal, school, or academic reasons.
- Misbehavior or violation of Tuido’s code of conduct.
- Absenteeism due to school exams, illness, relocation, or travel.
- Request for change of batch, timing, or learning mode (online/offline) after enrollment.
Batch Transfers
- Transfers to another batch or timing may be considered only based on seat availability and management approval.
- No partial refunds or fee adjustments will be made for such transfers.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 30 working days from the date of written confirmation from Tuido.
- Refunds will be credited only to the original payment source used at the time of enrollment.
Mode of Classes
- Tuido offers both online and offline classes, with offline sessions conducted exclusively at our Hyderabad centers.
- Class mode (online/offline) once selected cannot be changed after the commencement of the batch.
