Branch Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the tuition branch
  • Manage student admissions, inquiries, and counseling
  • Achieve enrollment and revenue targets
  • Lead, guide, and monitor teachers and support staff
  • Ensure quality of teaching and student satisfaction
  • Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities
  • Maintain parent/student relationships and handle escalations
  • Monitor class schedules, attendance, and discipline
  • Ensure proper maintenance of facilities and study materials
  • Track the performance of staff and prepare branch reports
  • Coordinate on academic and operational policies
  • Stay updated on competitors and suggest new initiatives

Location – Lanco Hills, Hyderabad

Salary – 4.2 LPA

Timings – 12pm to 9pm
