Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the tuition branch
- Manage student admissions, inquiries, and counseling
- Achieve enrollment and revenue targets
- Lead, guide, and monitor teachers and support staff
- Ensure quality of teaching and student satisfaction
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities
- Maintain parent/student relationships and handle escalations
- Monitor class schedules, attendance, and discipline
- Ensure proper maintenance of facilities and study materials
- Track the performance of staff and prepare branch reports
- Coordinate on academic and operational policies
- Stay updated on competitors and suggest new initiatives
Location – Lanco Hills, Hyderabad
Salary – 4.2 LPA
Timings – 12pm to 9pm
